Library of Congress, DC

I was in Washington DC this year, over the 4th of july weekend, attending the AP-S/URSI conference. I didn't have a lot of time to go around, but I still managed to go to the Library of Congress and National Gallery of Arts, largely thanks to Ali. I'd been to DC once before, so I didn't bother with the other places.
